Our recipe

Our recipe consists of the following ingredients:

• Wheat flour smooth
• Powdered sugar
• Honey
• Eggs
• Cinnamon
• Baking soda

One of the key ingredients is honey. The higher its quality, the tastier and lovelier scented the gingerbread. In Medovníkovo we use only locally sourced honey from a local beekeeper.

On request we can bake gingerbread also in spelt or gluten-free versions.
